All content, designs, code, and materials created by India Web Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
The number of revisions included depends on the package selected. Additional revisions may incur extra charges as agreed upon.
India Web Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
